Tim brings to life his fascination for hidden architectural curiosities in London with his new series of ‘London Secrets'. The second in 4 episodes are filmed in and around Somerset House on The Strand.

Creating bespoke furniture to be ‘almost’ white is not easy. Here we have added a white lacquer onto the wood and inset Bombay Rosewood. The contrast between the tight grain of the rosewood and the open grained oak shows through the lacquer, which makes this design one of my favourites.

A rare sighting of a silky brown, onyx marble block! Team Gosling is working its magic, designing a bespoke desk, slicing the marble to create a Jurassic marbling effect top to sit on a handcrafted pedestal in Tiger Burl Oak.

Gosling is passionate about keeping ancient crafts alive. All the straw used in Gosling’s pieces is grown and hand-dyed in the South of France. The straw is then expertly worked into panels in Normandy, before heading to the workshops in Yorkshire to be transformed into unique pieces. With its clean lines and bespoke design, straw marquetry provides an elegant finish to any room. 👌
