Historic Projects

The Athenaeum Club was founded in 1824, much of this remarkable building was designed by Decimus Burton and has furniture and interior features that have remained in situ since inception. Gosling was commissioned to sensitively restore and replace carpets and curtains retaining the Regency vision. Tim Gosling has been a club member for many years and invested time and energy protecting the design elements, including the kitchen and toilets. The project will continue for many years to come.
